Ronald N. Tutor
Having graduated from the University of Southern California in 1963, Mr. Tutor's entire career has been in the construction industry with the Tutor-Saliba Corporation and its predecessor companies Tutor-Saliba and A.G. Tutor Co., Inc. A true leader of the national construction industry, he has been recognized time and again by public and private organizations for his dedication to high quality work and commitment to working for the successful conclusion of the industries largest projects. He has built Tutor-Saliba from a small local builder into one of the United States' largest building and civil works construction companies. In addition, he serves as Chairman and CEO of Tutor Perini Corporation, another of the countries largest building and civil works contractors, working all over the United States and in various parts of the world and has been in that position for some 10 years.
Having been with Tutor-Saliba for over 22 years, Mr. Frost is responsible for the overall management of Tutor-Saliba's current civil works operation as well as certain of our large building projects. He has successfully managed over $3 billion of both building and civil works contracting including the San Francisco Airport, LAX Runway and Taxiway, I-80 San Francisco Bay Bridge West Approach, Hyperion Treatment Plant, and many of the company's other notable projects. His work on the Seven Oaks Outlet Tunnel resulted in Tutor-Saliba being awarded National Civil Works Contractor of the Year for the entire United States for its performance on that complicated rock tunnel driven at the Seven Oaks Dam. He also manages the quarry and aggregate operations as well as oversees the heavy estimating, equipment, and safety departments.
William B. Sparks
Mr. Sparks has over 30 years of professional experience in General Construction and has held his current position at Tutor-Saliba Corporation for the past 14 years. He has an under-graduate degree in Finance from Texas A & M, has conducted graduate studies at the University of Houston, and is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association. Being experienced in all aspects of financial and administrative management in a multi-company corporate environment, his responsibilities include financial reporting, strategic planning, banking relations, treasury management, risk management, and information systems.
John D. Barrett
Mr. Barrett has over 30 years experience in the Real Estate and Construction industry the last 12 years of which have been in position of management at Tutor-Saliba Corporation. As both a licensed attorney and a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Barrett has been responsible for Tutor-Saliba Corporations tax planning and compliance functions for corporate, partnership, and joint venture activities. He also acts as Corporate Counsel with respect to general corporate, real estate, and partnership business operations. Mr. Barrett has an under-graduate degree from University of California at Los Angeles, and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. He served for over 12 years as a partner at Coopers & Lybrand LLP, being a Member of Firm Council and the Partner-in-charge of the Los Angeles, Southern California and Arizona Tax practices. He is a member of the California Bar and Society of Certified Public Accountants.
