Construction Scheduler

Position: Strong, aggressive Senior Construction Scheduler for all types of buildings and heavy civil work

Location: Main office or field project office as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of construction scheduling experience for projects.
• Proficient in various software packages used in construction scheduling such as Primavera P3, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Knowledge of construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with construction claims and delay analysis.
• Knowledge of cost and resource loaded schedules utilized for project billings.

Job Skills:

• Primarily responsible for developing detailed Critical Path Method (PDN) schedules.
• Update and maintain the CPM as required.
• Work with site staff to review project status and develop any necessary scheduling modifications.
• Possess good communication skills to effectively participate in project conferences and job progress meetings.
