Senior Construction Scheduler
Position: Strong, aggressive Senior Construction Scheduler for all types of buildings and heavy civil work
Location: Main office or field project office as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of construction scheduling experience for projects over $75 million.
- Proficient in various software packages used in construction scheduling such as Primavera P3e/c, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
- Knowledge of construction practices and procedures.
- Experience with construction claims and delay analysis.
- Knowledge of cost and resource loaded schedules utilized for project billings.
Job Skills:
- Primarily responsible for developing detailed Critical Path Method (PDN) schedules.
- Update and maintain the CPM as required.
- Work with site staff to review project status and develop any necessary scheduling modifications.
- Possess good communication skills to effectively participate in project conferences and job progress meetings.
