Senior Building Estimator
Position: Strong, aggressive Senior Estimator for the Building Division.
Location: Main office or field project office as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
- 10-15 years of construction estimating experience for large-scale building projects ($50 million or greater).
- Strong command of the English language - written and verbal.
- Proven record of developing and coordinating client relations.
- Successful record of minimal amount of error in estimate preparation.
- Ability to assess risks.
- Ability to keep current with regional market conditions affecting cost.
- Excellent computer ability (Excel, Word) required, as are excellent math, budgeting, and purchasing.
Job Skills:
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and unit pricing.
- Assemble complete estimating packages.
- Meet schedule and maintain estimate deliverables.
- Coordinate/review/analyze and input subcontractor submittals.
- Review project plans, specifications, and other requirements and incorporate into estimates; must be able to handle all CSI Divisions.
